Tess the cat and Tye the dog
Are two best friends, as close as a log
They play and frolic, all day long
Their bond so strong, it's hard to go wrong.
Tess loves to climb, up the tallest trees
And Tye loves to chase, buzzing bees
Together they share, their favorite spots
And cuddle up tight, in cozy little knots.
Tess and Tye, are always there
To lift each other up, and show they care
They share their toys, their food, and their bed
And hold each other's paws, with love and affection spread.
They go on adventures, and explore new places
With wagging tails and happy faces
And when they're tired, they snuggle up tight
Beneath the stars, under the moonlight.
Their stories are about friendship, sharing, and love
They remind us, to cherish those who fit like a glove
To be kind, and loyal, and true
And to always stick together, like Tess and Tye do.

In the poem "Bath Time," Tess and Tye are playing all day when Tess has to take a bath. Tess is reluctant to take a bath, but Tye makes it fun by filling the tub with bubbles and toys. Tess finally agrees to take a bath and the two have a playful time singing and dancing with a band of yellow ducks. By the end of the bath, Tess loves it and looks forward to the next one.
